It's crazy here where I live. Ever since Hurricane Ike threated the
coast of Texas and Louisiana, it has hurt the state of South Carolina and
other states when it comes down to gas. Last thursday, gas jumped from
$3.65 to $4.65 within a two hour time period.
According to Triple A
Carolinas, gas is supposed to drop down by Friday, but uh hello, half the
states gas pumps are roped off because there is no gas left.
The gas
stations that have gas left, limit theirs to 10 gallons per
car.
Exxon/Mobile was the first in this area to jack up their gas
prices. Guess they figured by time everybody else ran out, they will be the
only ones in the area to have gas so there will be no choice but to buy gas
from them.
It's definitely chaotic around here, with no real
relief in sight.
