what's good fam?!?!?!?

 They say 30 is the new 20  and i'm happily approaching my 30th birthday, i've noticed lately that I have a unique outlook on life, I don't have any issues with getting older and I very much appreciate life, i'm focused on my goals, my confidence is at an all time high and last but not least the younger men are constantly on it.  Now don't get me wrong I don't mean to be concieted but that's mostly all i'm approached by.  

For those of u who are 30+ (or approaching 30 like me male or female) what is there to look forward to when turning 30?  What is it like for you? Do you notice any changes?
