In a little over an hours time
span, Marrio
Gardner aka Ben Grimm (of The Grimm Report and Inbox Mag & DVD)
went in on Twitter about how the city has turned against Nelly, girly men
in St. Louis' entertainmen scene and artists "rapping about how much
money they got but when it comes to investing into what they "love" they
have have the money" leaving the harshest assessment was for the people
around him "And all these people around me that think they know how to rap,
produce, promote, etc. and have no general knowledge whatsoever."
I don't know why people in St. Louis don't look at
Nelly how I stated in the Mark Twain quote I just tweeted.

Hip Hop entertainment and companies
in St. Louis needs to learn a little something called market share.

The people in Hip
Hop should really take notes from the Asians and Jews. They play their
cards right and they stick together.

I also think that rappers and business people
are afraid to take risks. I mean... How bad do you really want this
shit?

I also
observed how some of the men in hip hop entertainment act just like
females. Getting confrontational. Fighting over silly shit.

... like they're
just content with the place that their in and don't want to succeed
even more and make more money.

It also bothers me that 95% of the people I'm
associated with seem to be in this comfort zone and don't want to
progress...

And all these people around me that think they know how to rap, produce,
promote, etc. and have no general knowledge whatsoever.

Then there's the gravity
rainbow effect that tends to happen to every rap artist where I'm
from. Its ri-fucking-diculous.

Then there's all the "meetings" and
"conferences" that end with no outcome or results.

All of these local jokers rapping
about how much money they got but when it comes to investing into what they
"love" they have no money

I mean there's gotta be somebody out there that feels
me. Isn't there too much talking and not enough walking in Hip
Hop?

I'm really starting to lose the passion for the entertainment
industry. Its just not what it used to be.
