IT COULD BE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENED RECENTLY...

For Me my son plays Pop Warner football....

He plays running back... Saturday he broke a run for 60 yards well 59 really because he got tackled on the one yard line.

His coach let someone else score the touchdown. But this why i'm mad... It happend like that the last three weeks...

I keep telling my son to dive... But he was told he'd get a penalty if he did... So his coach said i'll let him punch it in Saturday...

He didnt let him though... So I politely cursed his a** out... for lying... Thats Why I'm Mad !!!

WHAT ABOUT YOU ???

I write a blog a month but I have a lot to say this month so I might do more than one...

But this blog is bout a story that was told to me when I was about 13 years old and it stuck with me since then...

Its called "Things Arent What They Seem"...

                         &nb sp;    Two angels were on a long journey. One was a younger angel and had never been on a journey like this one. While on their journey they grew tired and came up on a big house. This house was beautiful, it had ten bedrooms and seven bathrooms. So the angels knock on the door then a overweight man answered. The Older angel said "Sir we are angels on a journey of 1000 miles we have became tired and weary may we rest here and get something to eat ?" The man said sure. The young angel smiled. The young angel told the overweight man that he admired his house and asked who lived there with him. The man said my wife and two sons live her with me. The man and his family were about to eat. It was a large dinner, buffet style. But the man's wife only offered the angels table scraps. But the angels werwe thankful. After eating the angels were ready for bed. The angels ask to be shown to there sleeping quarters. The man said we have some old matresses in the basement, you can sleep down there. The younger angel grew upset but nonetheless was thankful. The younger angel was awoke by the older angel patching up a whole in the wall. Morning came and they thanked the family and started back on their journey.  

Well the angels had walked for two days and grew tired again. They came up on a small farm. They walked on the porch and knocked. This older lady answered and the older angel said we are on a journey of 1000 miles and grew tired may we rest and eat here for the night ??? The lady said yes me and my husband dont have much food or a lot of bedrooms but you can stay. When it was time to eat there were only two plates. The younger angel asked the older angel why were there only two plates. The lady heard the younger angel and answered We only have enough food for the two of us each day, but you can have our food for the night we will eat tomorrow. The only income they had was a cow named Betsy. Without Betsy they would not have any monies and no milk to drink. So after the angels ate it was time for bed. The ladies husband offered the angels there bed for the night. He and his wife would sleep on the floor. The angels did and thanked them. The younger angel woke up early to find Betsy the cow dead. He asked the older angel to heal Betsy and bring the cow back. The older angel said no. He couldnt and would not due to a deal.

The younger angel was upset with the older angel and ask why did he help the people that treated them so bad and hurt  the ones they gave us everything they had. The older angel said my son Everything isnt what it seems !!!  He told the young angel the people with the big house had a whole in the wall full of money and jewels they didnt know was there so i patched up the wall to make sure they couldnt find it cause their greed will kill them in the long run.

With the older family I was up planning the rest of the journey and the angel of death came. He wanted the older mans wife, I begged him to take the cow....

Everything isnt what it seems...

I write a blog once a month or special occasions...

So I wanted a blog to get to see how TRD members think of themselves. So I was thinking last night what would be something to write about and get a lil info without actually asking.

So TRD if you could pick  movie characters that best represent you, not the person who played the character but the character in the movie who would it be ???

For me I have about 3 my first one but the least would be:

John Coffey from Green Mile. No matter what, he always tried to fix things. He also was executed for something he didnt do. But in the end he was a good dude.

I do the same if there is a problem I myself can fix more than likely I'm going to do it. I also have been accused of alot but I just grin and bear it. As long as I know the truth I am ok with everything.

Second would be Ace Rothstein from Casino. Now my first and second have similar characteristics but went about them in different ways.

Ace was neat,flashy,rich, and in your face. He also was very gullable. He married a prostitute and bout her a million dollars worth of jewelry.

She kept taking money from him, leaving him for her former pimp but he kept taking her back. How Ace and I have similarities are that I am neat,flashy, and in your face !!!

(Notice I left out Rich) Lol... For instance in the movie Ace fired a guy who had an important uncle who got Ace's gaming license ran and it came up he didnt have one to run a casino. So they told Ace to hire the dude back but he didnt. To make a long story short Ace was supposed to get a food and beverage administrator Job and run the casino from that title. Well he came up with a "Talk Show" and was getting at everyone via his talk show. That pissed all the mob bosses off, because they wanted hin quiet and behind the scenes. But thats exactly what I wouldve did got in there face where the world could see and let them know I was who I was.

Last but definitley not least...

This last character is from my favorite movie, its based on a true story, and the one i feel is closest to me...

That would be Mitch from "Paid In Full"...

He was young,fly,flashy and doing his thing. I am most of those in a nutshell...

We live similar lives and view things the same. He was a neat freak like me, a quote from him in the movie was "Cleanliness is next to Godliness"...

I say that all the time, I even tell my kids that... Also he stayed dressed to the tee, I do also i gotta have the latest and the greatest. He also spent his money on some things to impress the hood. Well I do to... Like he bought a motorbike,a new Saab, and Jewlry. I make ill advised buys like those, I wont name them but i do it for the shock value and to impress whoevers looking...

The main thing in the movie was Mitch liked to be on the Stage. As in being seen in the club. Me to... lol

He would say before they went in the club "lets go in here and be stars"... I promise I say thattill this day  before I go in.

We have massive egos and a confidence the spews out arrogance but we just wanna be loved...
